Shipping & Returns

We are consumers too and we want you to be treated like we want to be treated. We will always respond quickly and resolve any problems quickly.

Our shipping and return policies are outlined below.

Shipping:

Many of our products are one of a kind. We do not carry large inventories due to the unique nature of our products. Most products are released to manufacturing at the time you place your order. 

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the United States and $10 flat rate shipping to all destinations outside of the United States. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $65.

 

All products are shipped USPS unless otherwise noted.

    Returns & Refunds.

    Our R&R policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    All products on KarmaCraze.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

    1. The wrong item was received in terms of color, original order size, or model. We will need you to snap a few photos and send them to us so we can correct the problem on our end. Depending on the product, we may request you ship it back to us. We handle return postage costs on a case-by-case basis.
    2. The package was damaged in transport. We will need you to snap a few photos and send them to us so we can correct the problem on our end. Depending on the product, we may request you ship it back to us. We handle return postage costs on a case-by-case basis.
    3. The item arrived in extremely poor quality. And one last time... We will need you to snap a few photos and send them to us so we can correct the problem on our end. Depending on the product, we may request you ship it back to us. We handle return postage costs on a case-by-case basis.
    4. The order was lost during shipment.
    5. The estimated delivery time has expired.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Different payers and banks have varying timeframes for processing refunds. If you don't receive your refund within 15 days, please call us at 844-292-0777, and we will pursue it from our end.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at 844-292-0777.

    If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
